We all love the smell and taste of freshly baked cakes don’t we, but did you realise that when you’re baking you can actually be helping your mental health too? When we make time to do the things we find pleasurable in life it can really help boost our mood.  So what better way to help Bluebell raise some funds for continuing their work than by getting baking?

How to get involved

By hosting a Bake for Bluebell you can do something nice and help us to raise funds at the same time! We’d love you to get baking (check out Hannah’s recipes for inspiration) and help Bluebell provide ongoing support to parents affected by pre and postnatal depression.
