At Bluebell we are passionate about supporting all parents with their emotional wellbeing and mental health during pregnancy, birth and beyond. We want to make sure that everyone who needs it can access support and we are looking for a Lead Support Worker to join our Dads in Mind service.

Bluebell has grown significantly in recent years and we want to continue to build on this by improving and expanding our Dads in Mind service. This role will be vital to this, helping to develop the service strategically on both a local and national level.

Ideally, they will have some experience of working in a support role or equivalent. Working flexibly across two days, the role will involve supporting parents individually and in group settings.
