Everyone’s welcome at our haven for parents in Bristol city centre.

Bluebell Place is our perinatal wellbeing hub in the heart of Bristol. Here, parents are offered warm welcomes, hot cuppas and a range of activities to support their perinatal mental health. It’s a safe space where parents can talk honestly with others who understand what they’re going through - and there’s no fear of feeling judged.

Crucially, Bluebell Place can give parents a break from parenting. They can leave their babies in the safe hands of our Early Years team while they enjoy an exercise class or relax with a coffee and a slice of cake. Of course, if parents prefer to keep their babies close by, that’s fine too.

Parents don’t need a referral to visit Bluebell Place and everything we provide is free, making it accessible to everyone.

Our current timetable is below. Most of our groups require parents to book a space but we currently run a drop-in session on a Tuesday afternoon where parents are welcome to just turn up.

All sessions can be subject to change & places are limited.

For any questions about our sessions and to book your place, contact us.
