Get support

Here you’ll find all the information you need to refer yourself or someone else to Bluebell’s services.

Who we can help

  • We support parents with mild to moderate perinatal mental health difficulties during pregnancy and up to two years after their child is born.

  • Parents may refer themselves to Bluebell, or a health professional may complete a referral form on a parent’s behalf.

How we help

We know that everyone’s different and each parent’s situation is unique. Our Buddies work closely with parents to identify the kind of support they need. For example, one person might just need one-to-one support with a Buddy,  while another might benefit most from our group programmes. For someone else, support from Bluebell could be a combination of both.

Parents can come along to our wellbeing hub Bluebell Place without a referral. Find out more about Bluebell Place
