Bluebell Place is our perinatal wellbeing hub in the heart of Bristol. Here, parents are offered warm welcomes, hot cuppas and a range of activities to support their perinatal mental health. It’s a safe space where parents can talk honestly with others who understand what they’re going through - and there’s no fear of feeling judged.
Crucially, Bluebell Place can give parents a break from parenting. They can leave their babies in the safe hands of our Early Years team while they enjoy an exercise class or relax with a coffee and a slice of cake. Of course, if parents prefer to keep their babies close by, that’s fine too.
Parents don’t need a referral to visit Bluebell Place. But because of the Covid pandemic, we’ve had to suspend drop-ins for the time being. We’re currently asking all parents to pre-book themselves into our group sessions.
The good news is that everything we provide at Bluebell Place is free, making it accessible to everyone.
Group sessions at Bluebell are subject to change at the moment, but you can see a sample timetable below. For current details about our sessions and to book your place, contact us.
