We provide support to help families manage their mental health and wellbeing during pregnancy and after birth

Support for you

Bluebell provides services for all parents, partners and their infants affected by mild to moderate anxiety, depression and other perinatal mental health difficulties, during pregnancy and up to 2 years after birth in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Bath & NE Somerset and South Devon.

We welcome people who are gender, sexuality and relationship diverse or from the LGBTQIA+ community.  We recognise that your experience of conception, pregnancy or parenthood may be different to those from the cisgender, heterosexual, and monogamous population.  We are continuing to develop our programme to further the support we can offer.

Mums’ Comfort Zone


An 11 week therapeutic group programme delivered in partnership with children’s centres

Bluebell Buddy


1:1 peer support , with a trained worker with has lived experience, in the community

Bluebell Place


Bristol, city centre based, emotional wellbeing hub, offering informal support during pregnancy and up to 2 years after birth

Dads in Mind


Our dads’ worker can offer 1:1 and group peer support to fathers experiencing low mood and anxiety related to their role as a new parent

Little Bluebell


Therapeutic group and 1:1 peer support in the community for Torbay and South Hams areas of Devon
